Whether you're just getting into the game or looking to take your performance to the next level, our programs are tailored to meet you where you are and help you improve safely and effectively.

We have memberships based on one-on-one sessions. Clients can from 2x/month and up to 12x/month

Sessions are interchangeable between all services go. Golf fitness coaching, swing coaching, mental skills, physical therapy, etc. All clients will be able to rent the simulator during business hours and have open gym access during that time as well. Please check avilablity in P4G App.

Using the TPI model and more, our staff will test your golf specific movement qualities and fitness along with your swing so that we can determine your body swing connection. This will allow us to prescribe the right coaching plan of services needed.

All sessions and simulator time can be booked through the Perform For Golf app or directly with your coaches within a 24-hour period. Please book ahead.

Yes, you can pause your membership. All pauses require a 14-day notice prior to your next billing cycle by reaching out to info@performforgolf.com. Please note all pauses are for one month at a time.

Clients typically see an increase in ball carry by 10-20yds within the first 10 weeks. Furthermore, recovery time for injury is typically reduced by 2 weeks.

Yes, we do have a physical therapist and other medical professionals on staff at select locations. Please see location pages.

No, we do not sell clubs in-store. However, you can do club fittings and place orders with us at Perform For Golf Los Altos

Yes, we do work with Juniors from age 6 to 17. Currently, we have had close to 50+ Juniors go on to become college athletes.

Say if you plan on doing golf fitness or physical therapy, you do. But if you plan on just doing swing coaching services, you don't.

All memberships process auto-monthly and require a 30-day notice via email to be terminated. For example, send an email by November 31st so that your subscription does not go through on January 1st. Please email info@performforgolf.com to request termination.
