These pictures indicate our swing assessment process to indicate characteristics that might affect your swing, such as set-up posture, sway, slide, early extension, loss of posture, and much more.

Another way we use TPI at Perform for Golf is by catering to your needs. In the above pictures, limited internal rotation was found in the hips, limiting the ability to get into our backswing. As professionals, we prescribe exercises that can help you load these positions, allowing the athlete to get into deeper ranges of motion.
