TPI Assessment: A TPI Assessment takes a close look at how your body moves and how that movement affects your golf swing. It helps identify any physical limitations that might be impacting your performance or increasing your risk of injury. With those insights, you get a customized plan to improve your mobility, strength, and overall movement—so you can swing more efficiently and play your best golf.

It will focus on golf specific mobility, core stability, and functional flexibility movements to help you generate more power, gain better consistency in your swing, and most importantly reduce the risk of injury so you can keep golfing and golfing.

Meet Coach Alex!

Hi, my name is Alex Greiner and I am a Golf Performance Coach at Perform For Golf. I also intern at Saint Mary’s College as a strength and conditioning coach assisting many teams. I received my Master’s degree in applied physiology and kinesiology with an emphasis in strength and conditioning from the University of Florida. I grew up right here in Richmond about 5 minutes from Berkeley Country Club, but for the last ten years I was living abroad in Japan and moved back to the area in 2024. I have a passion for strength training and wanting to help improve an athletes’ performance as well as trying to keep them healthy. I look forward to meeting you all and having a great time.
